A ZESTY LEMON & LAVENDER SPONGE WITH LEMON CURD & LEMON FROSTING. DECORATED WITH DRIED EDIBLE FLOWERS.

INGREDIENTS-

WHEAT flour, sugar, EGG, BUTTER, cocoa powder, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifiers (SOYA lecithins, E476, E322, E476), lemon flavouring, dried lavender, WHOLE MILK, cornflour petals, marigold petals, rose petals, pasteurised free range EGG, SALTED BUTTER (butter (MILK), salt), concentrated lemon juice (8%), water, lemon oil, gelling agent (agar), preservative (SULPHUR DIOXIDE)

SIZE GUIDE-

6INCH SERVES - 10- 20

8INCH SERVES - 15-30

SMALL 2 TIER SERVES (7 & 5 INCH) - 20-40

LARGE 2 TIER SERVES (8 & 6 INCH) - 25-50

These serving sizes are bases on generous wedge slices of cake like we serve on our cake trailer but, it is absolutely possible to serve more if cut each wedge is cut in half as each cake has 4 layers of sponge.

STORE CAKES- Slices can be wrapped with cling film & refrigerated in an air tight container for 5-7 days, or frozen for upto 3 months.
