A LIGHT & FLUFFY RED SPONGE WITH A HINT OF CHOCOLATE & WHITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING. DECORATED WITH RED VELVET & WHITE CHOC CHIP TRUFFLE BALLS.

INGREDIENTS-

WHEAT flour, sugar, EGG, BUTTER, cocoa powder, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifiers (SOYA lecithins, E476, E322, E476), soured cream (MILK), apple cider vinegar, vanilla, WHOLE MILK, red food colouring, salt.

SIZE GUIDE-

6INCH SERVES - 10- 20

8INCH SERVES - 15-30

SMALL 2 TIER SERVES (7 & 5 INCH) - 20-40

LARGE 2 TIER SERVES (8 & 6 INCH) - 25-50

These serving sizes are bases on generous wedge slices of cake like we serve on our cake trailer but, it is absolutely possible to serve more if cut each wedge is cut in half as each cake has 4 layers of sponge.

STORE CAKES- Slices can be wrapped with cling film & refrigerated in an air tight container for 5-7 days, or frozen for upto 3 months.
